Overview:

"I designed this app based on real-life burnout."

During my time working in a hotel, ineffective communication and unmanaged stress led to widespread burnout. One by one, people quit, and eventually, so did I.

This experience inspired me to design a solution that focuses on early prevention, emotional awareness, and healthy communication in the workplace.

The research focused on mental health awareness and burnout, uncovering real challenges that informed the design of HappyTeam as a burnout-prevention tool.
